1. Spot it early

Our officers keep a visible presence and patrol the property. Where there are CCTV cameras, our guards are trained to monitor them and pick up suspicious activity early.

2. Raise the alarm

The guard alerts the supervisor straight away and, depending on the situation, calls law enforcement and our partner armed response company for rapid intervention.

3. Keep people safe

The safety of residents, staff and visitors comes first. Our officers guide people away from danger and control access to the affected area.

4. Report everything

Once the situation is under control, the details are recorded: what happened, the time, and who responded. This helps the police, the client and any insurance claim.

5. Learn from it

After an incident we look at what can be improved, such as lighting, patrol routes or access control, so it is less likely to happen again.
